The Hornady Case Activated Powder Drop was specifically designed for use with the Hornady Lock-n-Load AP press though it can also be used with other progressive presses. This powder drop dispenses powder charges automatically but only when the case is actually present. The Hornady Case Activated Powder Drop comes with everything you need except for the powder measure which is sold separately.
