Pearce Grip PG-43+1 extension installed on a factory Glock 43 magazine. This combination adds 3/4" in grip length and one round of capacity making the total capacity 7 rounds. The included magazine has been modified from its original factory condition with the installation of components manufactured by Pearce Grip Inc.
